Our cooking is closely linked to the organic products grown on the farm and certified BioAgriCert.

We serve typically Mantuan recipes which combine the historically grown produce from the area with the Gonzaga taste that has been passed down through the generations.

Locally produced ham and salame, pumpkin filled tortelli, homemade pasta, donkey stew, pike served with a traditional sauce and for dessert, la sbrisolona, a biscuit like cake made with almonds, are all prepared in our kitchen by the chef.

We also do our best to look after our guests that have food intolerances or that are vegetarian.
