Il
ristorante
All'interno della tenuta, a soli 100 metri di distanza dalle
Sorgive, c'è la Cascina Le Volpi, con il ristorante,
che può accogliere fino a 80 ospiti, e il maneggio.
Nella bella sala con ampia veranda e vista panoramica sulle
colline e nell'accogliente saletta dall'atmosfera riservata
e tranquilla, si possono gustare salumi e formaggi casalinghi,
pasta fatta a mano, pollame ruspante, verdure di stagione
e dolci alla frutta, vino di produzione locale e altre delizie.
In azienda si possono acquistare anche alcuni prodotti di
fattoria da agricoltura biologica.
Il
ristorante è chiuso il lunedì e il martedì
sera.

The
restaurant
Inside the holding, just 100 meters from the Sorgive is
the Cascina Le Volpi, wich houses the restaurant able to
seat 80 guests, and the stables.
In the large dining hall with its veranda and panoramic
view of the hills, and the comfortable reserved, quiet dining
room, you can enjoy the excellent homemade cured meats and
cheeses, home-made pasta, free-range chicken, seasonal vegetables,
fruit desserts, locally produced wines and other delicacies.
Some organically grown farm produce is also available for
purchase.
The
restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday evening.
